Fitness lab Member Spotlight:

“From being hesitant to making it a lifestyle, going to the gym has been one of the best decisions I have ever made, I must say. No sugar coating, it was indeed life changing. From 49kg I’m now 53kg and my goal is 55 and maintain it. Not only did I gain a lot of weight, but also gym friends. It enhanced my mental clarity, reduced my stress, and has boosted my self-confidence. It’s definitely the best form of therapy and self-love. It’s something that I’m now looking forward to everyday. If I’m having a rough day or long day at work, I take out my frustration by lifting which helps blow some steam off. Gym literally saved me from anxiety, staying up late at night, and habit of self- isolation. It helps me outweigh my positive thoughts over the negative ones. It changed my perspective in life. The goal now is not to be petite anymore, but rather to be healthy and fit. These days, whenever someone approaches me with “oy nagtaba ka, glowing ka, garo dae stress ah” I take it as a compliment and would proudly respond “naggym na po kaya ko, sa fitness lab baga po digdi nas Goa yan , iyu baga 😅“. With that having said, I’d like to express my big thanks to Coach Clint Joshua Plaza for being very patient with me, for pushing me to my limits and helping me achieve my fitness goals. A must-have especially for people who’d like to start their fitness journey. To those who are still skeptical whether to start going to the gym or not, just go babe! Sure it’ll be awkward and feels like a chore at first, but trust me you’re gonna love it and have the results you’re looking for.
