Safari Double Exposure Deer Farm, Ocampo

Since it’s Flashback Friday, I’m sharing a double exposure from the safari themed engagement we shot a couple of months ago. Doing in-camera double exposures can be frustrating at times and risky but the fun of experimenting is never lost and the surprise images you get is often worth giving it a shot.

I am only just beginning to take on lead wedding photography jobs and I am also only starting trying to define my own shooting style. Personally, it’s such a struggle to create images I can truly call my own when I know my mind has been saturated from all the “inspiration photos” I look at on an almost daily basis. Yes, double exposure photography dates back to film days but for me it is among the freer styles. There are no set rules to break, just possibilities to explore.
